The installation is easy. Just follow the download instruction.
You can start using EASY INVOICE with minimum set up. Just enter the information for the most frequently sold products into the product information setup screen. You can set up everything else as you go along while feeling comfortable with the system.
Learning EASY INVOICE is also very easy. Icons and captions tell you most of the things you need to know. If you follow your instinct and common sense, chances are, you will do just fine.  Help screens and "What's this?" pop-up helps are provided throughout the system.

Easy Invoice program response is very fast. You can also use the bar code scanner to improve efficiency and accuracy.

Powerful Features:

Photos of customers and products are powerful features for some businesses. You don't have to have photos for all the customers and products.  If you set up the photos, they will come up on the invoice screen, and customer / product setup screens.  Optionally, you can send invoices in e-mail.  This is a powerful feature saving you the postage, forms and a lot of time and efforts.  Bar code  scanner also adds to the efficiency and accuracy.   Various reports are also included particularly the sales history report tells you exactly what products a customer purchased, and when did he purchased
