Your Organization
Your organization name, address, phone, email address, etc. are
recorded here. Data prepared here will be used
throughout this software automatically where appropriate - such
as on the screens, on the reports, invoice documents, etc. Also,
if you change any data here, the new data will take effect
immediately.
Membership
Type
Membership types varies
depending on the organization. For instance, if you are
instructional school, the membership types may be "English
Class Beginner", "English Advanced", etc.
If you are Chamber of Commerce, the membership types may be
"Corporate Member", "Individual Member",
etc. You can set up as many membership types as you need.
Mailing
Flags If
you need to mail various correspondences or publications
depending on the member's interests, sub organization this
member belongs, etc, this is very powerful tool to perform such
mailing tasks automatically.
Additional
Member's Information Your
organization may need to collect data from members that are not commonly
collected at most organizations. Here, you can set up to collect
such "not so commonly collected" data. For
instance, if your organization is "pet club", you may need to
collect member's "Pet's Name". You can easily do
that here. Address
Labels Used You
can select to use either Avery 30 label forms or Avery 20 label form to
print address labels here. Sales
Tax Rate If
your organization sells taxable items to your members, you define such
tax rate here. Your
LOGO, and Main Screen Background Photo If
you store digital image of your logo anywhere in the computer this
software is installed, you can set up to use such LOGO for this
software. Similarly, you can replace this software's background
photo to your own. Also, you can change the color scheme of
this software to fit the color of your photo used. Fresh
Start This
software comes with ample examples. After experimenting this
software with such examples, you can "Fresh Start", and start
building your own data with one click of mouse.
