You can assign digital photos to this member.   Member's photo not only shows up here, and attendance screen, but also printed when you print ID card.

You can print member’s ID card with photo, and member’s ID number in barcode for quick attendance process.  It prints ID card on regular business card stationeries widely available at stationary store. 

You can customize to gather up to 3 data items that are not commonly collected. The fields with blue captions; “Originally From”, “Association”, “Special Skill” are example of such data.  You can customize these fields to what-ever you need.

You can see the attendance history of this member with a single click of your mouse.

You can print this customer’s mailing address right on the standard envelopes.

You can design mailing or publication flags as you see fit.  With these flags, you can automatically print mailing labels.  For instance, you can mail to all members who have board members or golf flags on automatically.

You can define subsets of membership as your organization need.  For instance, if you are instructional school, you can define classes, so that memberships are separated into subsets.  You can print membership rosters for the entire membership, or subsets of membership.
